With dynamic live demonstrations staged throughout the exhibition, the brand wins the hearts of global audiences with its tangible strength.

 

Efficiency Leader for Large-Scale Construction

As a core piece of equipment for tackling large-scale concrete construction, the Floor Troweling Robot perfectly meets the demands of major infrastructure projects in the Middle East such as high-end residential buildings, commercial complexes, airport runways and industrial plants.

In terms of scenario adaptability, targeting the characteristics of overseas construction sites such as open terrain and complex pipeline layouts, the anti-interference capability of the GNSS fully automatic navigation system has been optimized. Even in environments with weak satellite signals, such as underground parking garages or dense building complexes, precise positioning can be achieved through auxiliary base stations, ensuring that construction is not restricted by the environment. Equipped with independently developed intelligent motion control algorithms and high-precision laser recognition and measurement technology, the flatness tolerance is strictly controlled within 3mm/2m, the maximum horizontal deviation is only 7mm, and the comprehensive coverage rate reaches 85%. It fully meets the high-standard construction requirements in Europe, America and the Middle East. One-time forming eliminates the need for secondary mortar screeding, significantly reducing rework costs.

Its advantages in cost reduction and efficiency improvement stand out prominently: the robot achieves a work efficiency of 100 square meters per hour, representing an increase of over 40% compared with traditional manual labor. A single unit can replace 3 to 4 workers engaged in leveling and surveying, effectively alleviating the challenges of labor shortage and high labor costs overseas. Meanwhile, it supports multi-robot collaborative scheduling, remote path deployment and OTA upgrades – project managers of cross-border projects can monitor the construction progress and quality in real time through the cloud system without being present on site, thus solving the long-standing pain point of difficult remote management and control.

For comprehensive coverage of complex spraying scenarios, the indoor spraying robot has upgraded the anti-interference capability of its LiDAR SLAM indoor navigation system, tailored to the characteristics of overseas construction sites such as open terrain and intricate pipeline layouts. Even in underground parking garages or dense building clusters with weak satellite signals, it can achieve precise positioning via auxiliary base stations, ensuring construction is not hindered by environmental constraints. Integrated with independently developed intelligent motion control algorithms and high-precision laser recognition and measurement technology, it strictly controls flatness deviation within 3mm/2m, maintains a maximum horizontal deviation of only 7mm, and achieves an overall coverage rate of over 90%. This fully addresses common issues in manual spraying, including missed spraying, incorrect spraying, and uneven coating thickness, while easily adapting to unique overseas apartment layouts, covering all areas such as walls, ceilings, and internal/external corners. It fully meets the high-standard construction requirements in Europe, America, and the Middle East, enabling one-time forming that eliminates the need for secondary mortar leveling and significantly reduces rework costs.

Balancing high efficiency and top-tier quality, the robot achieves a construction efficiency of 160/h for latex paint application and 60/h for putty application, which is 3-4 times that of manual work. It supports 24-hour continuous operation and is equipped with a dual-battery energy management system, ensuring uninterrupted power supply and meeting the construction schedule requirements of overseas projects around the clock.

Four 3D Models

Also on display at the event are four 3D models of construction robots, covering key processes such as interior decoration and finishing. Complementing the physical construction robots on site, they fully demonstrate the full-chain capabilities of Bojiang's intelligent construction solutions. Each model is designed to be a scale replica, offering an intuitive display of the product structure and operational principles.
