Why Choose Our Floor Screeding Robot?

High Screeding Accuracy

The laser-guided screeding system continuously detects the floor elevation and automatically adjusts the working height. It achieves a construction accuracy of approximately 3 mm within 2 meters, helping reduce uneven surfaces and repeated correction work.

Improved Construction Efficiency

Compared with traditional manual screeding, the automatic floor screeding robot provides stable and continuous operation. It helps contractors complete larger floor areas within a shorter period and maintain more predictable daily construction progress.

Reduced Labor Requirements

The robot automates repeated measuring, leveling and screeding operations. One operator can control the machine remotely, helping construction companies reduce labor intensity and dependence on experienced screeding workers.

Stable Floor Quality

The intelligent control system maintains consistent screeding speed, height and pressure. This reduces variations caused by different operators and improves floor flatness across multiple rooms or construction areas.

Long Operating Time

The floor screeding machine is equipped with a rechargeable battery that supports at least six hours of operation. Fast charging helps reduce downtime during continuous construction projects.

Applications of Floor Screeding Robot

The Dry-Mix Mortar Screeding Robot can be used for:

  • Residential apartment floors

  • Commercial building floors

  • Hospitals and school projects

  • Metro stations and public facilities

  • Underfloor heating construction

  • Tile and wooden floor base preparation

  • Large indoor mortar leveling projects

The Automatic floor screeding machine supports a screeding thickness of 0–10 cm, making it suitable for different floor structures and project requirements.

Floor Screeding Robot for Contractors

For contractors working on repetitive or large-area flooring projects, the automatic screeding machine can help improve project control. Stable productivity makes it easier to plan labor, construction schedules and equipment allocation.

The compact machine design also allows it to operate in indoor construction environments with limited access space. It can be transported between different floors and construction zones according to project requirements.

How Does the Floor Screeding Robot Work?

Before operation, workers place the dry-mix mortar on the construction surface. The operator then sets the required floor elevation and working parameters.

During screeding, the laser positioning system monitors floor height in real time. The concrete construction robot automatically adjusts its screeding mechanism and follows the planned working path. This process helps maintain consistent floor elevation and reduces manual measurement work.

Floor Screeding Robot vs. Concrete Leveling Robot

Although both machines automate floor leveling work, they are designed for different construction materials and project stages. The Floor Screeding Robot is mainly used for dry-mix mortar screeding, while the Concrete Leveling Robot is designed for leveling and surface treatment before freshly poured concrete begins to set.

Main AdvantageCompact size and flexible indoor mortar screedingHigher output for large-area concrete slab construction

The Floor Screeding Robot has dimensions of no more than 790 × 730 × 660 mm and weighs approximately 65 kg, making it easier to transport through indoor passages, elevators and different floors. The Concrete Leveling Robot is available with 1.5 m and 2.5 m leveling heads, offering higher productivity for larger concrete construction areas.

Quick Selection Guide

For dry-mix mortar, underfloor heating cover layers and indoor residential flooring, select the Floor Screeding Robot.

For cast-in-place concrete slabs, industrial floors and large-area commercial construction, select the Concrete Leveling Robot.

For projects that include both structural concrete leveling and a later mortar screeding layer, the two robots can be used at different construction stages. The Concrete Leveling Robot handles the concrete base, while the Floor Screeding Robot completes the subsequent dry-mix mortar screeding process.

Before requesting a quotation, buyers should provide the construction material, total floor area, required layer thickness, floor tolerance, site access dimensions and expected daily productivity. BMR can then recommend the appropriate floor leveling robot and configuration for the project.
