Product Introduction
The Exterior Wall Coating Robot T100 is a new generation intelligent aerial work robot designed for coating exterior facades of mid and high-rise buildings. It supports primer and topcoat application on irregular surfaces such as gable walls, balcony surfaces, and internal/external corners. Applicable coating types include latex paint, real stone paint, multicolor paint, relief paint, and other commonly used exterior wall coating systems.
The Exterior Wall Coating Robot adopts a modular, lightweight, and platform-based destination concept and can be mounted on industry-standard aerial work gondolas (2-4 m), offering high industry versatility and strong promotion potential.
The Exterior Wall Coating Robot features intelligent functions such as switching between sem automatic and fully automatic operation modes, automatic feature recognition, ton and spray path planning, automatic obstacle crossing, remote construction monitoring, construction data statistics, and aerial attitude monitoring. It is user-friendly and effectively reduces safety risks associated with high-attitude operations, making it mainly suitable for new construction or renovation projects in residential and public buildings.

The exterior wall spraying robot supports automatic primer and topcoat application, reducing repetitive manual spraying work on large building facades.
Designed for mid-rise and high-rise buildings, the automation exterior wall construction robot can perform exterior wall coating at working heights of up to 100 m.
The Exterior Wall Coating Robot can spray flat walls, balconies, bay windows, curved surfaces, gable walls, and internal and external corners.
The building wall spraying robot is suitable for latex paint, real stone paint, multicolor paint, relief paint and other commonly used exterior facade coatings.
The facade painting robot can identify facade features and automatically plan spraying trajectories for more consistent coverage across the working surface.
With an obstacle-crossing height of up to 200 mm, the robot can adapt to common architectural projections and irregularities on building facades.
The lightweight modular structure can be installed on standard 2–4 m aerial work gondolas, improving compatibility with common exterior construction equipment.
Operators can remotely monitor the construction process and review operating data, helping contractors manage progress and coating quality.
The Exterior Wall Coating Robot is suitable for automated facade spraying in new construction, refurbishment and exterior wall renovation projects.
Typical applications include:
High-rise residential buildings
Apartment complexes
Commercial office buildings
Hotels and shopping centres
Hospitals and educational buildings
Public buildings
Industrial buildings
Old building facade renovation
Exterior wall repainting projects
Large-scale real estate developments
Exterior wall painting robot can be used on flat exterior walls, balconies, bay windows, gable walls, curved facades and internal or external corners. The Exterior wall painting robot is particularly suitable for projects involving large coating areas, repetitive spraying work, tight construction schedules or high-altitude safety requirements.
The T100 Exterior Wall Coating Robot supports a variety of commonly used facade coating materials, including:
Exterior latex paint
Real stone paint
Multicolor paint
Relief paint
Exterior wall primer
Water-based facade coatings
Compatible exterior wall topcoats
Coating viscosity, aggregate particle size, spraying pressure and drying characteristics may affect operating performance. Customers are advised to provide the coating specification or material sample before project deployment so that BMR can confirm spraying compatibility and recommend suitable operating parameters.
