Project Background

    The "New Wing Garden" project is one of the first batch of smart construction pilot projects nationwide by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, as well as one of the technology construction pilot projects by Country Garden Group. Starting from 2022, the project has been utilizing various robots for construction applications, including concrete construction, measurement robots, interior decoration, and floor construction. Among these, measurement robots are employed for real-time measurement and quantification at various stages, collaborating with finishing robots in multi-machine coordinated operations to achieve precise polishing and finishing.

The Construction Advantages of Measuring Robots

    1) Progress control: The building is measured by measuring robots from the structural stage to the decoration stage, and the data is uploaded to the cloud system to analyze the project progress and measured data.

    2) Data multi-terminal sharing: The measured data is shared through the cloud system and passed to the project management personnel for rectification task arrangement.

    3) Multi-machine linkage uploads the measured data to the FMS platform, and links with the interior wall polishing and ceiling polishing robots to complete the closed loop from finding quality problems to solving problems.
