Project Background

    In February 2021, Fengtong Garden was included in the first batch of pilot demonstration projects for intelligent construction of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

    Technical side: Using BIM technology and simulation technology, the geometric model of the Fengtong Garden building in the design stage is reorganized according to the construction logic and the construction process model is established.

    Production side: more than 20 construction robots in application assistance, concrete structure construction, and decoration.

    Management side: business, product, operation, software, data, simulation multi-professional collaboration to achieve multi-dimensional information management of industry, progress, team, process, human resources and resources

Advantages of Robotic Construction

    Employing over twenty types of robots significantly reduces labor intensity and enhances green, safe construction. Two innovative practices have been included in the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's first list of replicable practices for collaborative development in intelligent construction and new-type building industrialization, as well as innovative service cases featuring new technologies and products.
