The project we cooperate on this time, THE SENIQUE HANOI, is a large-scale high-end mixed-use complex located in the core area of Hanoi. Boasting a huge construction scale, the development consists of three residential towers, each standing 37 floors with 24 units on every floor. Designed with two basement levels plus 37 above-ground floors, it ranks among the local front-runners in terms of construction volume and engineering complexity.

The working hours required for single-floor construction have been reduced by 56% compared with conventional manual construction, significantly shortening the delivery cycle of each unit and each floor, and fully aligning with the overall construction schedule of the project.

Precise & Controllable Costs
Calculations show labor costs of approximately 16,000 RMB can be saved per floor. Based on the overall scale of the project, an estimated total of 1.8 million RMB will be cut solely on labor expenses, delivering remarkable cost-reduction benefits throughout the entire construction cycle.

A qualitative leap has been achieved in construction precision and finished product uniformity, fundamentally resolving inconsistent quality issues inherent to traditional manual construction and greatly cutting subsequent rework costs. All 72 completed units have passed one-off acceptance inspection with a 100% pass rate.
