BrightMaster Robotics, has successfully delivered and commissioned its first batch of smart construction robots for a local building‑renovation project in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Six core robot units operate collaboratively on‑site, covering floor leveling, measurement and inspection, putty grinding, interior coating, material logistics and jobsite cleaning. The initial field operation has received positive feedback from local project clients.

Brazil's construction industry continues its steady expansion while facing prominent operational challenges: rising labor costs, shortage of skilled workers, and the persistent difficulty of balancing construction speed with consistent finishing quality.
The multi‑robot fleet deployed at the Belo Horizonte site forms an integrated intelligent workflow for building renovation. Leveraging self‑developed intelligent control systems, laser perception and autonomous navigation technology, these robots take over repetitive, high‑intensity manual work and deliver construction accuracy down to the millimeter. Real‑world jobsite data shows the robotic workflow achieves 1.5‑5 times higher operational efficiency compared with conventional manual construction. It effectively reduces on‑site labor demand, cuts overall project expenditure, and mitigates common project risks including uneven workmanship, construction delays and difficult skilled‑labor recruitment.

Beyond productivity improvements, BrightMaster's robot portfolio upgrades both construction safety and environmental performance. Grinding and cleaning robots are equipped with built‑in dust suppression modules to lower airborne dust exposure and protect workers'occupational health. Indoor caoting robots remove the requirement for human high‑altitude work, eliminating fall‑related safety hazards. Logistics and cleaning robots support long‑duration unmanned runs, paired with intelligent scheduling and data traceability to enable visualised, fine‑grained jobsite management.

By coordinating six categories of construction robots for collaborative on‑site execution, BrightMaster Robotics provides a complete one‑stop intelligent construction solution. This project establishes a replicable, safe and eco‑friendly modern construction reference model for Brazil's building sector.
