Project Background
Starting from June 2023, China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) deployed floor leveling robots and floor finishing robots for the municipal supporting project of Tianjin Binhai West Station. The construction lasted for 3 months, covering a total area of over 30,000 square meters.
Advantage of Robotics
Both robots operated steadily and delivered excellent construction results.
The overall construction efficiency reached 160 to 200 square meters per hour, with floor flatness controlled within 5 mm per 2 meters. The on-site staff highly recognized the equipment for its outstanding efficiency and construction quality.
Besides regular construction tasks, the robots also supported various activities including equipment observation, static and dynamic displays, on-site operation demonstrations and video shooting for the project.
