Project Background
This project is located in Minzhong Subdistrict, Zhongshan City and undertaken by China Railway Construction Engineering Group. It adopts the secondary leveling construction with emery abrasive process, with a paving thickness of 5 to 7 centimeters.
In July 2024, the 2.5m floor leveling robot was put into operation here, completing a total construction area of over 20,000 square meters.

The workforce was cut by 2 staff, representing a 20% reduction.
The pre-construction mortar screed setting process is eliminated, saving approximately RMB 1 per square meter.
Construction quality surpasses manual work, with a 100% pass rate for the floor flatness standard of 5 mm per 2 meters.
Man-hours for each concrete pouring are reduced by around 20%.
The overall construction cost is lowered by roughly 30%.
