Project Background

August 16, 2024, Singapore QXY Staff Apartment Project – Construction Demonstration of Putty Application, Putty Grinding, Indoor Coating Robot and Measuring Robot.

The apartment floors have been leveled. Partition boards are adopted for wall construction with good flatness; only simple surface treatment is required prior to spraying work. Severe honeycombing and pitting defects exist on concrete beams and columns.

Construction room dimensions: 7.3m × 6.6m (floor area 48.18 sq.m); ceiling height: 2.75m

Upon completion of the construction works, the main contractor of QXY recognized the construction efficiency and finished quality delivered by the robotic equipment, spoke highly of the solution, and expressed intention for further cooperation in subsequent projects.
