Project Background

August 3, 2024, ceiling and wall latex paint spraying works were carried out at the Soil Build (ISO Team) Project, No.1 Toa Payoh Lorong, Singapore.
The floors have been levelled, and partition panels are used for walls with good surface flatness. Only simple surface preparation is needed before spraying operations.

This unit features a 3-bedroom, 1-living room layout, with a construction area of 59.4 square meters.

Advantage of Robotics

Wall spraying took 45 minutes, and ceiling spraying took 30 minutes. The robotic system delivers high construction efficiency with superior finished quality.
The client invited safety specialists from Soilbuild to stand by and observe the entire operation on-site to verify the safety and practical applicability of the construction robot.
The client’s management arranged a professional photography crew to film the whole process for a promotional video, which will be used for project reporting and robot product marketing.

Project Managers Mr Liton and Sam commented that the construction results achieved by the robot were outstanding.
