Adopting the advanced composite slab combined with cast-in-place construction technique, the project imposes stringent millimeter-level requirements on the flatness, precision and efficiency of floor construction.

Advantage of Robotics
Compared with the error-prone issues of conventional manual construction, the floor leveling robot is equipped with self-developed full-automatic GNSS navigation system and dual-degree-of-freedom adaptive system.
Combined with integrated intelligent motion control algorithms and high-precision laser recognition and measurement technology, it realizes millimeter-level precise laser control.
With human-machine coordination, the floor flatness is stably controlled within ±5 mm, fully meeting the project’s stringent standards for floor elevation.
More notably, the net working efficiency of the floor leveling robot exceeds 160 square meters per hour. Construction tasks covering over 2,000 square meters can be carried out efficiently, with most working surfaces finished in a single pass.
Compared with traditional construction methods, the robot eliminates the need for 2 to 3 dedicated leveling workers, cutting overall combined construction costs by approximately 28%.
