Project Background

This cooperative project is undertaken by Sim Lian Construction Co. (Pte.) Ltd., a renowned construction and real estate developer under Sim Lian Group. The development comprises 14 fourteen-storey residential blocks. BrightMaster deployed one putty grinding robot and one indoor coating robot to efficiently complete interior putty sanding as well as primer and topcoat latex paint spraying for two floors, with a total painted construction area exceeding 3,000 square meters.

Advantage of Robotics

The putty grinding robot is dedicated to sanding putty on interior building walls and ceilings. Equipped with intelligent constant-pressure sanding and automatic path navigation planning, it adopts a dust collection design to lower dust emission and noise levels. Suitable for a wide range of renovation scenarios, it supports long-duration automatic operation. The robot eliminates risks of working at heights and reduces dust and noise pollution, while addressing pain points of low efficiency and poor precision associated with traditional manual sanding.

The indoor coating robot can fully automatically complete the spraying of latex paint primer and topcoat, covering all indoor structures such as walls and plaster lines. It works in coordination with the putty grinding robot to achieve full construction coverage, balancing uniform paint finish and construction efficiency, greatly saving labor costs and shortening the construction period.
