Singapore — BrightMaster Robotics has deployed its Indoor Spraying Robot and Floor Grinding Robot at a 150,000 m² residential construction project in Toa Payoh, Singapore, demonstrating a multi-robot approach to intelligent construction across both above-ground and basement works.
300 m² Interior Surface Completed in Under 2 Hours
For a typical 120 m² apartment, the combined wall and ceiling surface reaches approximately 300 m². Traditionally, 2–3 workers are required for spraying, edge finishing and related tasks.

BrightMaster Robotics'Indoor Coating Robot uses automatic path planning and intelligent spray-parameter control to complete one full interior spraying cycle in less than 2 hours.
The robot automatically generates working paths and adjusts spraying parameters, covering large wall surfaces as well as complex areas such as bay windows, corners and wall junctions. Its profile-following spraying technology maintains consistent gun distance and material flow for uniform surface coverage.
The automated process also helps reduce overspray, material waste and on-site worker exposure to spraying-related risks.

30,000 m² Basement Floor Grinding
For the project's 30,000 m² basement floor, BrightMaster's Floor Grinding Robot handles large-scale concrete floor preparation.
The robot achieves a working rate of approximately 100 m² every 30 minutes, while its autonomous navigation system plans routes, avoids obstacles and maintains consistent grinding pressure and travel speed.
Compared with conventional manual grinding, robotic operation enables longer continuous working periods while reducing physical workload and dust exposure for workers.

Less Than 10 Minutes to Operate
Ease of deployment is another key result from the project.
For local project personnel, BrightMaster's on-site engineers required less than 10 minutes of hands-on training before operators could independently run the Floor Grinding Robot.
With a visual interface, simplified controls and standardized workflows, the system lowers the technical and training requirements for overseas construction sites and supports rapid deployment and multi-robot operations.

From Construction Robots to Intelligent Construction Solutions
The Singapore project combines Indoor Coating Robots and Floor Grinding Robots across different construction stages, demonstrating how Construction Robotics can support multiple applications within a single project.
Following deployments at Singapore's Wisma Geylang Serai, The Myst and Aurelle residential projects, this project further expands BrightMaster Robotics' presence in Southeast Asia and demonstrates the adaptability of its Intelligent Construction Robots to overseas construction environments.
From automated spraying to autonomous floor grinding, BrightMaster Robotics continues to develop Construction Automation Solutions that help make construction more efficient, consistent and safer.
