Project Background
In February 2023, the Housing Authority officially employed an indoor spraying robot for the first time at a public housing site on Tsing Yi Road and Tsing Hong Road North. This robot can complete the interior wall and ceiling spraying process for a 2-3 person unit in just 15 to 20 minutes.
Advantages of Robotic Construction
The application employed by indoor spray-painting robots allows for remote, flexible operation of multiple machines by a single individual, with automatic coverage exceeding 90%. These robots can accurately perform spray-painting tasks on interior walls and ceilings, ensuring stable construction quality. They are well-suited for standardized, highly repetitive, and large-scale public housing construction projects.
